very dissapointed
My partner has a problem with her broadband and she has tried to contact virgin media from 10.00pm until 11.10 this evening without getting hold of anyone from virgin media.I’m with bt who provide a much better service than you and I recommend she changes her provider.the watchdog program today did’nt like virgin either,your service is extremeley bad and very frustrating.Not a company I would recommend to anyone
Customer means nothing to Them!
Customer service advisers are rude and blandly call you a lier or just refuse to deal with your problems.
We had nothing, but a problems with them from the first second we had a crazy thought to join them.
First their advisor put us on the completely wrong package and our details were entered incorrectly. Our details were sent to the completely different email address, mistakes were made in the name, date of birth was completely random, all the security questions were filled up by them and were nothing like we answered.
Then we had to call numerous amount of times try to sort it, but had nothing but rude customer service advisers.Complete disrespect. At the end we managed to contact via email their customer service manager (who as advisers told us does not exist) and in the month we received the package we asked for in the beginning.
Now we came to the end of the contract and do not wish to continue. We called up a month before to let them know and called today to double check as we just can not trust them. That a surprise, they say that the note was left on the account that we considering to cancel and nothing more. Advisor still argued with us for an hour that we didn’t gave them a notice and can not cancel a contract even so it is the end of it!!!! That a hell is wrong with them? Does anyone, anyone at all in that whole company knows how to do their job?
The answer is NO!!They dont care about the customer!They will just rip you off!!!DO NOT EVER even consider to join them, you will save yourself a lot of time and nerves!!!
