Recently moved from Tiscali (3 Meg)toT/T was told I would get around 13Meg. After change over this proved to be the case. Soon after started having regular disconections, Contacted cust services, could not have been more helpfull,after 1 unsuccessful attempt to rectify the problem Tech team got involved, admitted the problem lay with them then quickly resolved the problem. Have had 2 follow up calls, expecting a 3rd, from them to check the fault has gone. I speak as I find them.
as you can see the star rating for customer service and speed consistency have no star rating this is because they do not warant any.
customer service is non-existent and likewise speed consistency.so please for your own pease of mind DONT i repeat DONT sign up to talk talk.
switched from orange to TT and must admit overall i am very pleased, speed is normally ok ( odd occassion slow) phone is ok
Had young lad (field agent) visit on 18th Aug to sign me up to BB and 24/7 phone calls. The price seemed very good and with free 0845/0870 to boot. Rang Virgin to see if they could offer a “better than present deal” which they did and then warned me that a lot of companies switching to 0844 numbers. Immediately after I hung up I got an automated call from TT telling me that switch over process had begun and if I had any probs or wanted to discuss anything to contact them on a 0844 number. Found a geographical number of the saynoto0870 website and rang to discuss, After 15 mins. of waiting I got through – All-in-all I decided to cancel, 10 days later got a TT modem and further letters through the post.
As far as I’m concerned the 15 minute wait just about sums CS up. SLOOOOWWWWWWW.
Will make sure Direct Debit has been cancelled A.S.A.P. as they may be slow to cancel that as well
I used to be on Wanadoo for my Broadband until TalkTalk contacted me and offered what seemed to be a very good offer, HOW WRONG I WAS.
Connection what connection it has taken me about half an hour to get any web pages to load today,this has been ongoing for over a week now, the longest yet! usually it just runs slow once or twice a week which I think is not acceptable, so to be like this for over a week. Come on talktalk get your act together and give us the connection speed we all pay for.

To be Honest,the only ISP i found to be any good was AOL,any problems i had (about3 in 4 years) were resolved with one phone call each, the longest call was about 30 minutes,the only reason i left them was because TalkTalk was taking over.So far it seems BT is king of the hill,if AOL came back to the UK i would be back with them in a flash, TalkTalk are useless in EVERY department.
My braodband keeps cutting out every 10 mins or so, bought a new modem and had the phone line renewed internally still the same , the diagnostic log says cutting out for 13 or 14 seconds each time.
Talk talk want to charge me 1.50 for them to be told about there fault!!!!!!
Its a scandal, im going to change supplier asap, enough is enough

Well once again i have managed to lose connection for another day,not much point in contacting them,as it would cost me just to get cut off all the time.
They are definitely a True waste of space.
OMG used to be with Talk Talk for calls years ago and Wanadoo for Broadband…never had a problem.
Moved house almost 3 years ago and had to have SKy to get TV signal so took them for boradband too. Again no problems. Chnaged my calls, line rental and broadband to Talk Talk Last year and had nothing but trouble with connection since.
Not called anyone just yet as its just been a few days and im hoping it will fix its self. Cant see point in calling, gettin no where and getting stressed.
My sister is having same issues – so know is not my house or equipment
I posted my comment recently regarding the totally inefficient customer service that Talk Talk run and read with interest all the comments made by dissatisfied users. At the same time it’s obvious from comments that there are other Broadband providers who
fall short on service. It would be really helpful if there is anyone out there who can recommend a provider who provides good customer service, as it is onlt this aspect that I feel Talk Talk fall down on.
