Recently joined Plusnet.
Moved from Virginmedia and during move, a fault developed on my landline.
Virgin refused to fix it,stating I was leaving them plus I had reached the point of no return and it was up to my new provider, Plusnet to sort it.
Virgin as a good will gesture reduced my bill by £16.00,fair enough but it left me without a Telephone for 18 days.
Plusnet took over the Line on Friday 20/04/12 and by Monday 23/04/12 had an Engineer visit my Home and fix the external fault.
Very impressed with Customer PR and prompt attention.
