For me Orange have been really good,The line speed has been near the quoted figure on sign up.
I had internet outage once, but it was sorted by customer care quickly and the fault turned out to be down to BT.
More than happy with Orange.
Signed up with them cos they promised a phone line and free printer. Phone line was not allowed because i failed the credit check and im still waititng for the free printer? I am now choosing another provider as they have renaged on 2 out of 3 promises. Not a very good start.
orange customer service is an absolute joke, dont know what there talking about, internet keeps crashing they tell me it because i changed my phone number 5 or 6 years ago have had same number for 12 years, very frustrating that you have to try and communicate with someone who speaks very little english and tries to fob you off with a lot of p… avoid orange at all costs

Very dissatisfied with Orange customer services. The broadband is below average and keeps breaking down. Recently, cannot send e mails which is enormous problem. The customer service was absolutely hopeless, did not let me go from their contract (even though they acknowledge the email is not working) and did not offer any specific financial compensation for this. WILL NOT EVER JOIN ORANGE.
Worst broadband service I have ever experienced: it took them 4 weeks to deliver and set up a wireless, router, which included almost 6 hours on the phone to Indian call centres.
Now the wireless broadband service is not compatible with my laptop and they are claiming no responsibility, nor allowing termination of the contract.
Avoid this service at all costs. (I should have known by their mobile service provision – also an incredible rip off)
Worked fine until X-mas 2010. now we disconnect aroudn every 10-15 mins “LCP down”.
they did send us 3 new routers tho ! none fixed the problem.
