I have been with Be for 6 months now (ex Talktalk)and it
has proven to be a worthwhile move. I am on the value package,
8mbps, unlimited downloads. I consistently get speeds of 6mbps,
which is more than adequate for my needs. Customer service are very
good and always appear genuinely knowledgeable. My only gripe is
that the router supplied on the basic value package is often
unreliable in terms of wireless connectivity. However the Be
website has helpful information if you want to configure your own
third party router (which I have done). All in all, very
satisfied.
I just cannot fault BE at all. Customer service is excellent. Set up was painless and I was constanly kept up to date

Been with Be for 3/4 years now. In a word they are

It used to be one of the best, but now it’s one of the worst.
“Fair Use Policy” should be renamed to “Minimal Use Policy” or something along the lines, cuz you get what you pay for only if you don’t use it at all.
If you need internet for something more than just an email, you should look for another ISP. I recommend to stay away from them.
Be Unlimited well not quite so, of late they are capping their heavy users like me and two daughters and wife, I am an Ex BT engineer and did the conversion at my local exchange myself and the 24 Meg was 19 Meg at best leaving the exchange. I get 1 mile down the road on a good day 17.5 Meg. BT line plant (Fibre will never work).
FAIR USE POLICY AGAIN I’m afraid like the rest of the Telco Robbers (Tonight 8 Meg Saturday 04/12/2010 @ 18:36) you are all W******, if I wanted this service I should have gone to Plus Net+ at £5.99 a month NOT £17.99 Get the message BE UNLIMITED! you are “Be No ONE!” definatly NOT Be FAIR!
Be’s internet connection stopped working months ago. They have failed to fix it, and so my flat mate stopped paying them. He has moved out, and now I want to get a provider who can provide me some internet. They won’t get off the line though, and say it will be months until they go away and leave the line free for some one else…
Their suggestion: phone BT, disconnect and get a new phone number!

I have been on the Be Unlimited Broadband 24Mb Unlimited package for around 6 months, and everything about it is super.
Being close to the exchange I am getting well over 20Mb consistently and have had no problems or outages whatsoever.
I rely on the Internet for my business and I can say in all honesty that switching to BE was the best move I made.
Give then a try you won’t be dissapointed.
Customer since 2009 (after running away from Talktalk). Never a problem. I pay for 8 mb/s and most of the times I get 12 or 13. Reliable internet is a commodity not a luxury, so savig a few quids a month to get lousy BT or Virigin narrow band is silly. Would recommend
I have been with BE since March (now August) and i can say without a doubt that all the positive comments are fully justified.When i decided to join them i was imformed that they could provide me with 3mg i am consistently getting between 4.75mg and 5mg. as of yet I havent had to use the customer services for anything but i am reliably imformed that they are good.Overall I am highly delighted with the service.
