Objective

We hope that by maintaining diligent and honest processes that we can ensure that only the most honest and accurate reviews make it to the review items for you to view.

Acceptance Criteria

In accordance with our “no bull s***” policy, our acceptance criteria for user reviews is:

  • Written in good, clear English.
  • Must be an objective  and reasonable assessment of a broadband provider that you are currently subscribing to or have recently (within the last 30 days) cancelled your contract.
  • Must not contain swear words, expletives or defamatory comments.
  • Must not contain personal information such as peoples names, job titles, occupation or employer.
  • Must not contain unsubstantiated criticism of a general nature. If in doubt, stick to the facts that you can back up if asked.

The following are the basis for instant rejection of user reviews or other comments on this site:

  • Suspected attempts to post repeated reviews in an attempt to artificially influence provider ratings.
  • Spam comments attempting to generate free SEO including track back / ping back blog posts.
  • Use of expletives or defamatory language.

Polite Warning -Every Post is MANUALLY REVIEWED

If you are thinking of trying to abuse this site for your own gain, we suggest that you quickly move on to another site. Over the years, we’ve seen all the “tricks” tried by “shady” individuals trying to boost their own SEO by posting links on our site or artificially influence our provider ratings. If you are thinking along these lines, just don’t waste you time as your post will be instantly rejected either by automated spam filtering or later during manual review.

Responsibility and Ownership

Once posted, your review becomes the property of Broadband-help.com and we can utilise it in any way that we see fit.

Notwithstanding our ownership, the original reviewer remains responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of any information posted on this site.

Broadband-help.com therefore accepts no responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of posts on this site other than contributed by Broadband-help.com staff.

Dispute Resolution

If you wish to have a post or comment removed, we operate a process as follows:

  1. Please notify us of the details of your request via our contact us facility quoting the page, comment and your justification for requesting removal.
  2. We will confirm that your request has been received and that a member of staff has been appointed to consider your request.
  3. On completion of our assessment of your request, we will send you an email containing the details of our decision.
