I signed up with Vispa in Aug'04 and have had no problems with the Broadband or Customer Relations. All my queries have been dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. The only real problem I had was being supplied with a faulty modem. Once the problem was diagnosed, it was resolved very quickly. Drop-outs have been very rare, the worst one lasted for a couple of hours, and that was the fault of BT. Great service, good price, highly recommended. What more do you want?

If you want a small and friendly company, then Vispa is for you. The service is excellent and all queries are handled very quickly. They are small enough to have that "personal touch" that so many people are looking for these days and are turning away from the impersonal call centres of the major playres. They also only tie you down to a 3 month contract. I would recommend them to anyone
