Having been overcharged I'm not too happy, the router they supply is absolute cr*p - we've had 4 in the last 2 years - they seem to just melt and we then lose our connection, takes about a week each time for Easynet to get BT in to swap. When connection works (which in fairness is most of the time) its excellent, but the customer service dept. could be quicker in getting back to customers.
