The service I have is the 8Mbs/448Kbs 50Gb/pm, My average speeds are 750kb/s_down & 45Kb/s_up.

Overall they have been a very good ISP, fast, reliable and friendly. But the pricing just inst competitive anymore. At £25pm for a 8Mbs/448Kbs/50GB service its too expensive, their tech/customer support is quite competent (I'm a computer engineer).
