I could not believe how good Fast's customer service is.

I was having trouble setting up my initial connection, so I started to dial their customer service. Half way through making the call I thought of something else I could try before taking up their time. So I put the phone down.

Then Fast rang me back even though I had not spoken to them or made a complaint! They quickly helped me to properly set up my connection.

Have been with fast since leaving NTL due to poor billing and customer service. Fast have been amazing with a high quality service, calls answered quickly and a very simple to use e-mail service, which even allows me to forward my own domain name to.

The support team have been very polite and quick to fix the few problems I've had, mostly with my own setup, so they get a big 10 out of 10 !
