I cancelled my connection with Abel Always on 28th Feb which didn;t get deactivated till 28th March. I placed my order with F2S at the beginning og March and they monitored the deactivation and even chased up BT for me when they failed to disconnect the equipment.

I was disconnect eventually on the 30th March and F2S started their line tests and informed me that I would be activated from the 6th April. To my surprise the connection was available from the 2nd. F2S already seem to be well ahead of the others with regards to customer service and reliability. I will update again after a few months with them.

UPDATE 1: Well it is 4 months on now and I can honestly say I can't comment on their customer services. I have never had any reason to have to phone them. I have experienced no disconnection in the full 4 months and would recommend F2S to anyone.
