I am working with TT in India since 1 year.I have come across different customers.There are certain customers who are not happy with the services and there are certain who are happy.So overall I think the service is good.
There is no service provider who can satisfy all their customer's need.There are certail restrictions for the service providers also and within that boundary i think TT is the best company who tries level best to satisfy its customers.
There are certain restrictions for the people working for TT and we try to help the customers beyond that aswell.

I've had four Broadband ISP's before Broadsurf, I went with them as they adveritise themselves as a smaller company with good customer service.

This is the WORST ISP I've ever known. Their service is unreliable beyond belief. They only operate a call back system for their customer service ... about 25% of calls are actually returned (in my experience .. and I've had lots of it with them)

I am currently trying to obtain a MAC from them. They ignore all my telephone and email requests, and yes .. they do migration services, they just ignore the requests. I have also had to lodge a complaint with trading standards.
