This company really knows how to treat their customers! The service I have received from day one for my ADSL line has been first class! Not the cheapest ISP but from previous experience you get what you pay for!! Highly recommended!!

Very good technical and sales support and indeed very good service.

You get straight through to someone when you ring and they can answer both sales and technical questions all in one go.

And now they're doing half price installation at £27.50 until March 2003, so if you're looking for a decent ISP who knows what they're talking about and will treat you like a customer, not like a "number" on the system, then these are the guys to go for.

I think I have found a perfect ISP here! The connection is super stable and always fast. Their support is unbeatable - never before have I dealt with a company, let alone an ISP, who answers so quickly and efficiently. I have been through a fair share of ISPs before (mainly dialup) but took the plunge and got ADSL. It's a good old fashioned service and price, without any gimmicks like a free modem.

I am moving my hosting to them now as well.

Can't praise them enough. I recommend them to all. Well done guys - keep it up!

I have just finished my degree and as a studnet I wanted a service that would allow me fast access to the internet and also a cheap rate as i didnt have much money. ICUK provided both, the service was running 99.9% of the time and it was cheaper than BT, AOL, NTL and all the other broadband service providers that I looked at. I signed up for ICUK braodband and became a Beta tester for them reporting back on any problems i had whilst using the service, which i have to say were few and far between. I think that out of a 12 months period i was unable to connect only twice and then it was only a case of redialing once and it connected. The customer support they provided was outstanding, any probelems i had be it with setting up my modem or my connection to the internet were dealt with very quickly and I recieved first rate support. In my opinion they are the best service provider and now that I ahve finished my degree and mvoed back home I have signed up with them again and the excellent service is continuing. I would recommend ICUK to anyone thinking about getting a broadband connection to the internet.

The service I have received is amazing! This is the closest I have come to a perfect ISP, and now have my hosting with them. Cheap and reliable with emails answered in MINUTES and phones answered within a ring or two! Amazing... if only others could do the same
