Signed up for the Home 500 connection over the telephone and was put onto their new ADSL platform. Modem was received next day and the line was activated after about 5 days; didn't have any problems with configuration as it was all very straight forward.

The telephone support during office hours was excellent and the emails have always been answered promptly outside of those hours. However I've also kept a backup 0845 connection incase there is an issue with the ADSL and I need to get hold of them by email after the office lines close.

Phone support ends at 6pm. There is email support after that time but if you are unable to connect it means that nothing can be done until the following day.

Messages left on their voicemail are not returned.

A little disappointing as they charge similar rates to other ISPs that offer telephone support past 6pm.

Very quick easy to set up, the only problem I had was with the time it took for the modem (faulty post hard to avoid) to arrive. But I will say that all of my e-mail enquiries were answered promptly and they did seem genuinely concerned that it was taking a while to deliver.
