Director Fined RM3,000 For Acting Against Company’s Interest
KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 19 (Bernama) — A director of a broadband company was fined RM3,000 by the Sessions Court here Friday after he pleaded guilty to acting against the company’s interests by giving business opportunities to another company.
