As its CEO resigns from the board, broadband provider Biscit insists that it's "business as usual".

According to an article in The Register today, Biscit today announced the resignation of its executive director, Hugh Paterson, and said "Biscit today advises that Hugh Paterson has resigned as an executive director of Biscit and its internet businesses and has accepted a new mandate from the new shareholders to develop Biscit's forward roadmap."

Takes 40 minutes to talk to them on the phone, they have one person working on each departments phone lines, they havent given me a mac code for 4 months despite me asking every 2 days, they are still billing me for a service that rarely exists, they tell you they will phone back but never do, supervisors are NEVER available and now ive started getting emails from inside their company telling me "the biscit is crumbling get out while you can!... what did one shepeherd say to the other shepeherd? Lets get the flock out of here" says it all really, but i cant escape, they are holding my line to ransom!!! cant cancel the credit card direct debit, ofcom know they are in breach of section 22- mac code release within 5 days, but dont seem to be doing anything, and im officially STRESSED, theyre not at either of their listed offices, (ive been there!) and the next step is court!
