Today, ZdNet reports on rumours that Biscit might be facing cash flow problems. According to the article, several customers received bounced cheques after pursuing refunds relating to overcharging. Biscit once used to lead the field in customer service. Based on recent customer reviews of the ISP, it seems that biscit has some ground to make up if it is ever going to recover the reputation that it once had.
