PlusNet’s new Broadband PAYG Basic service for £9.99 per month hits the market.
Broadband Basic is available nationwide at the same price and comes with a one month contract commitment.
Neil Armstrong, PlusNet’s Marketing Director said “Adding PAYG Basic to our range makes it as easy as possible to get onto broadband. It also underpins the opportunity for millions of existing broadband users to make significant savings”.
Armstrong continued “Crucially this product allows customers to have access to a high quality broadband experience. An important factor given the reality of other low priced or even free broadband products. Some of these services would not enable customers to take advantage of convergent applications such as online gaming, ipTV and Voice of internet (VOIP)”.
Broadband PAYG Basic is aimed at light usage customers. Who as their usage requirements grow can seamlessly upgrade to PlusNet’s standard Broadband PAYG product.
