BT: Existing Customers Must Register for 8Mb Upgrade

Existing retail customers of BT Broadband will not automatically be upgraded to the new 8Mb service. Instead, they will be required to register for the upgrade online.

Customers migrated to the new speed will be bound to a new 12 month contract but the upgrade is free.

New customers can get the new pacakages now if they are prepared to sign up for BT Option 4 at £29.99 / month.

There shouldn't be a requirement to sign up to a new 12 month contract or to sign up to option 4. If the service is good enough then people will stay, and will recommend to others.

pay about 29.99 already a month so this is free i hope and when will i be upgraded cant wait :))
