Homechoice’s broadband is part of a triple play package that also includes digital TV, video on-demand and the option to take free evening and weekend calls, giving customers the best in home entertainment through one little set top box.

Customers can now benefit from the following speeds:

  • 1Mb will move up to 2Mb complete with over 30 digital channels and access to over 1,000 movies on-demand with packages available from £17.99 a month
  • 2Mb customers will now receive up to 4Mb for only £22.99 a month plus their TV package

The new Internet services will allow customers to enjoy ever faster file download speeds so downloading a full music track can take as little as 3 seconds.

They did this 12 months ago too. Nice touch to automatically upgrade all its customers.

I've been using homechoice of the past month & absolutely love it. The 2MBps connection seemed quite adequate, but 4MB will be even better!

4Mbps only seems to have hit in for me today, probably cos i haven't re-set my connection in a while! 512 Upstream is also a nice addition.

Prior to this, I had the 2Mb connection, so should presumably now have the four. However, I am only achieving about half this, according to three or four test sites. Any advice?
