Commission gets tough on telecoms firms
Proposals aim to make sure small firms are not squeezed out of the market. The European Commission will next week (20 September) set stiff new competition rules for telecoms companies. The aim is to prevent companies that invest in high-speed broadband from keeping smaller rivals out of the market.
