CAT Telecom will develop new businesses quickly to boost revenue, seizing the opportunity after the 3G2.1GHz spectrum licence auction has been put on hold by order of the Supreme Administrative Court, chief executive officer Jirayuth Rungsrithong said yesterday.

COSHOCTON — Rose Daugherty, of Coshocton, said she has a computer at home, but she uses it little because she knows only the basics. She hopes to expand her computer knowledge through a free two-week class taught by Connect Your Community at the F.R.E.T.S. Roasting Co. building on Main Street.
