- The tools provided on this site are very powerful and are designed to be used as diagnostic aids only. As they are quite powerful, they can be open to inappropriate use. We therefore record all use of these tools for audit purposes. Your user name and IP are shown because we want to be up-front and honest about what information we are capturing.
- I don't like the idea of my activity being logged!
- We released similar tools on the old version of the site and quickly discovered that they were being misused for activities such as email address harvesting. We had to do something to prevent this, so we have introduced measures such as bot prevention and usage monitoring.
