I had the misfortune of signing up with Tiscali....
After 5 weeks of 0.3Mb speed on a 8Mb line
I went with Entanet reseller FALCONNET

freephone 0800 UK support and NOT in a mass call centre...1-2-1
monthly contract (not happy? leave!)
