Anyone heard of Gizmo? I guess they are supposed to be similar to Skype but with cheaper rates. It is free to talk to other on the pc like Skype, but the dial out rates are less. I think they *MAY* even give you some free minutes when you sign up.

I have done a bit of testing with Gizmo, and it seems to be lacking from a quality standpoint. They also do not have nearly the userbase of Skype, so it is not as easy to just connect for free with others online.
It is like using MSN messenger and then having someone tell you to use joe generic's incompatible IM that nobody uses.
