I was looking through the review section:

http://www.broadband-help.com/providers/reviews/95

And noticed they got trashed really hard. Not really familar with them, but was curious if anyone else had used them.

Can not say I have ever heard of them, but that person does seem to be extremely unhappy with their ability to give him a refund.

Depending on circumstances I am not sure how legitimate his complaint is.

I think an unsatisified customer should be entitled to a refund, especially when trying out a service for the first time. That being said we only have one side of the story, so there could be more to it.
