These forums have bitten me with the VOIP bug so I am looking around at different services and prices. Voipcheap is one I found.

Looks like a lot of different outgoing calls are completely free.

That is a pretty good selection of free calling for VOIP. Skype charges for all outgoing calls.

That looks like a good deal. If I knew anyone in those countries it would be great. I wonder if we could use it to make funny phonecalls to people we do not know?

As mentioned elsewhere I have used Skype in the past. As far as I know they do not have any free calling to any other countries, but you can call directly to other Skype users free. You can also get phone numbers all over the world.
I think most calls are less than .02euros a minute.
