I know it's not really fashionable given their recent problems but I've had 2 accounts with Bulldog for over a year now and never had a major problem with either of them!

Onc is a 2Mb deal in South London and the other is a 1Mb deal near Newcastle - it's a long story!

I know their customer service has taken a beating in the media (and from Ofcom I believe) but, as my connections never went wrong, I never had to try to contact them - I guess I was just lucky?

One other question would be, is this service available in the midlands ?

Hello,

If you use Bulldog means that you are on a Tiscali line.

Tiscali has good service is some regions.

Lucky you are one of them.

Brad
