I have been struggling with my broadband speed since I moved into my new house in april this year. Initially on BT Total and now on O2 Access. I have never reached a speed of 1mbs but always floating between 0.1 and 0.5 - painfully slow!

The trouble is a solution seems to be impossible to find. My line has been checked, my equiptment has been changed and so, of course, has my ISP.

I have just discovered that two ISPs, AOL and TalkTalk have 'unbundled' at my exchange (about a half a mile from my house) and are now offering LLU services.

So my question is this, would this solve my problem? Should I sign up to either of these providers (even though they get awful reviews on most of the review sites - although I struggle to find a provider that doesn't)?

Any help would be much apprieciated.
