Please help! I live in New Zealand and my broadband is working - but works on dial-up speed 
The same broadband is used for my sister's laptop and it works perfectly normal. I'm not sure if this matters but the ethernet port symbol is different from mine and my sister's. I've added and attachment of a quick drawing of the symbols.

Hello,
If you need help regarding your issue with your BB. TRy and check if you have any firewall of antivirus issues.
because other than that could only be an issue with your LAN card.
