I wonder if 5 gigs is a lot. How can I tell how much traffic I am using right now? I think 5 gigs is a lot but I am not sure.

Is there any way for me to count for the next day and then decide by that number?

RE: Another £9.99 a month provider

Never heard of them. So we have UKOnline and Max Broadband for 9.99. I think UKOnline is unlimited though, although I may be wrong.

I am a little bit leery of the low-end providers, as there is often a reason why some services are more expensive.

Another £9.99 a month provider

When doing some research on free internet, I came across another low-cost provider. They include the modem up to 8mb speeds and 5gig usage. Only £9.99

It includes a static ip address, unlimited e-mail, 100 megs for webspace. It is called Max Broadband.

http://www.freenetname.co.uk/services/broadband/broadband_max.asp

I am not endorsing this service, but perhaps someone else has utilized them and can provide some feedback.
