My only concern is that businesses very seldom give anything away for "free", well nothing that's worth very much.

If you're getting it mainly for the kids make sure you set up parental controls, there's all sorts of stuff you probably don't want them getting anywhere near on the net!

When Sky works and assuming it is a Sky/Easynet unbundled exchange it works quite well. However the customer service leaves something to be desired when it doesn't.

I too am currently contimplating tha Sky TV and Broadband package deal so any thoughts from exsisting customers would be greatly appreciated.
