Have had very bad experiences with Tiscali and BT and was beginning to dispair of finding and OK supplier.
Having read lots of negative posts about Orange I had not considered them however a friend recommended them.
Signed up received Box when told I would. Plugged it in it all worked, getting free calls and a reasonably fast connection. Have rung the technical people twice, got through the seemed polite and answered my queries.
