Do you have any more information on the 6 months of free phone calls? What are the limits and restrictions on that? Is it VOIP or regular phone usage?

Does anyone know if Wanadoo service is reliable? I would like to see if it stays up on the weekends. If anyone has used it please let me know.

I do not use them myself. My recollection from some of the quality and user rankings I have seen is that they are fairly reliable. The service is a bit more, but the quality, from what i have heard is fairly good. Their support is supposed to be very easy to work with as well.

I wonder what kind of free content they are offering, or if they are just offering access to all the sites out there on the internet and saying it is free highspeed content.

Anyone know or use them?

Used them for 3 years and everythig was fine until they upgraded my service to an 8mb service without my agreement. Then I had nothing but problems line kept disconnecting, poor speed and customer service was appaling, after months of trying to sort it out I left. I wouldn't recommend them. My experience is they are fine until there is a problem and then their incompetance shows
