I've been trying to get a response from customer services on what I thought was a simple question for three months - I guess you're really swamped looking at the average response time I've received. So I don't want to add to your problem! Am I right in guessing you are extremely understaffed / have too many staff with little experience? My question concerns billing for Pipex Talk - again, am I right in guessing that Pipex Talk (or now 'Voice') was launched without a proper support service in place?

Hi,

Yes we have just employed a lot of temps, just starting to get some training together, the thing with talk is that current customers on just broadband could not change to a broadband AND voice package, this is now fixed and I advise you to reapply for the package you want.
