I see this RSS label on some of the forums and am not sure what that means. Does it mean I have new posts? When I click on it, I get a lot of unformatted information like the forum but it is not clean. It says something about XML on it.

The XML feed lets you receive real time updates on your computer of when a forum changes (e.g. with new posts).

You will need to install software on your PC to read enable the XML to create the alerts on your computer.

There are lots of free readers out there. Try a Google search for RSS Readers.
