Does anyone have any advice on a good webhosting service? I am thinking about putting up a hobby site with just maybe a blog and some information and things I like. Nothing for sale or anything like that. Just mostly for friends and family. I will want to get a domain though. Maybe a .com but probably .co.uk
Any suggestions?

I used to have a webpage for cricket on geocities. I think there are lots of webhosts that are free out there.

If you are just looking for a basic and simple site, there are a lot of options out there. Many decent providers that are very cheap for a small usage site.
I would not recommend using any free sites though. Get your own domain and get your own hosting from a well-known provider.
