I had been having problems with my e-mail spam filter going crazy lately and I was not getting some of my important mail through.
I just got off the phone with a technician named Andy, and after about 90 minutes he had helped me reset my filters on my account and also walked me through setting up my mail program for proper management.
I just want to give them big thank you for all the time and patience.

Those stories are always good to hear. So did you end up turning off spam assassin totally on the server side?
It is always goood when you can get a knowledgable, patient and a helpful support technician. Unfortunately they are the exception rather than the norm.

Good job. It is always nice when you can get a service rep who speaks english AND knows what they are talking about. I think it is so rare these days most people think you are a shill when you say something nice about a company's service.

I have been really happy. Hopefully they will be one of the companies that can do one of these 20mb or 100mb trials and we can get some faster speeds for a good price.

I am happy with demon. Even though it is twice as much. I would not change now though because I signed a new contract. Glad you are happy!
