Well after last weekend which was all my fault, I felt bad for bashing demon. Fortunately someone followed up with me yesterday to make sure everything was okay, and it was! Then they offered me a deal on a wireless router. They said I could extend my contract for a year and get the router for free. I decided to give it a shot.
It will be here in two weeks they say. Woohoo. It also includes one card for the computer too.

That is good to hear Missie. Demon has been around a while, and they have always been very professional. When I first saw your problems I was a bit suprised, but again, it is good you got it straightened out and everything is fine.
Sometimes when service goes down for us Internet addicts it can give us a chance to re-assess our priorities and how we are spending our time. I know I had such a talk through about 6 months ago. I realized how much time I was spending online and that there were things to be doing that were not on the internet.
