| I know it's not really fashionable given their recent problems but I've had 2 accounts with Bulldog for over a year now and never had a major problem with either of them! Onc is a 2Mb deal in South London and the other is a 1Mb deal near Newcastle - it's a long story!  I know their customer service has taken a beating in the media (and from Ofcom I believe) but, as my connections never went wrong, I never had to try to contact them - I guess I was just lucky?

| What price to you pay each month for them to supply you with broadband? Have you had many issues with there customer support?

| Is that connection ADSL, DSL cable ? what sort is it ? I have heard bad things about both ADSL and DSL. Perhaps im just being paranoid.

I would also like to know the type of connection for this please, and also, what do ADSL and DSL mean ?
One other question would be, is this service available in the midlands ?

DSL stands for digital subscriber line.
ADSL stands for asyncrhonous digital subsriber line.
Finally my week of studying has paid off. The things you will learn in school.

Looking at that again, on the unlimited service for 8 meg service. Are you even getting 1 meg actual thoroughput?

If you use Bulldog means that you are on a Tiscali line.
Tiscali has good service is some regions.
