hi,

looking for a little bit of help. im moving into university halls next month and the internet is provided through a data slot in the wall which you plug an ethernet cable into and run to laptop / pc. basically i need to know if it is possible to turn the internet signals from the ethernet cable into wireless signals so i can use my laptop wirelessly via my laptops wi-fi connection.

am i right in believing that a wireless ethernet bridge such as the Linksys WET11 or Linksys WET54g will do this for me?

thanks
