Searching the web I found this guy looking for free broadband access.

Do you think, it is possible to get free broadband?

If you don't mind theft and the penalty if caught then as per the blogs suggestions steal your neighbours.

Even McDonalds have imposed TnCs in their free (rubbish) BB that you must be an occupant of the restaurant to utilise it, which also encompasses the immediate purchase and consumption of drive-thru food. So a long range antenna and stealing theirs is out too...

Hey Stealing Broadband not a good idea.

Anyways most of it does not work for people imagine you stealing some and causing more issues.

My guess is that the answer to your question is: No, not legally, & if you do choose to go down the theft route then IMO you should at least take the time to look into the potential consequences if caught! not that I'm condoning such action, I just believe it's wise to be informed.
