Opened my email this morning to find that during the night I had been sent the email "Special Report: The 5 Fastest Broadband Providers" a total of 15 times. Seems you need to sort out your mailing system.
This has made me unsubscribe from your mailings and I suspect you might lose many other subscribers due to this annoyance!

Hi guitareth,
Our sincerest apologies to you and anyone else affected by this. We agree that it's not acceptable to send/receive duplicate emails from a mailing list and completely understand how annoying this can be.
In this instance, the fault didn't show up in testing but only during production when we send to several thousands of users. We noticed the fault too late to prevent the duplications. A fix is being urgently worked on.
