I want to close my Yahoo mail account cos I’m sick of them (and yes Yahoo if you’re reading this remove it a send me a violation all you want I’ll just repost the question).
Only problem is I have BT Yahoo broadband and I don’t know if I’ll still be able to get on the Internet when I’ve closed my Yahoo account.

No it will have no effect on your broadband.
You can tell yahoo to shove it where the sun doesn’t shine and carry on with your BT connection with absolutely no ill effect

the BT yahoo broadband email address can not be closed, it is asociated with the connection. just leave it alone and open a new email address.
it’s not a good idea to use the one you get when you sign up to internet. as soon as you change company, you will lose that email address, it will be wiped.
Best way to solve this problem is just not to use the Yahoo account – they’ll soon notify you that they’re going to close it. You don’t have to worry about whether it affects your broadband, cos it won’t.

it wont affect your broadband at all you can get a new email adress off of hotmail or something if you want to. Trust me, ive got the same broadband as you and when i deleted one of my accounts b4 making one again i could still acess the internet the sam i could before. Hope i helped
just don’t use your yahoo account, it will get closed down eventually and wont affect your Broadband, i have sky but don’t have anything to do with sky email
