Question by Pickle: With Sky broadband, what do I need to type into my browser to get details to enanle wi-fi?
I have Sky broadband with a netgear router. I remember last time I wanted to enable wi-fi I had to type a code into my browser to get the settings as they’re not printed on the side of the router. Does anyone know what this is?

Sky always provide the encryption code with their routers, it will be on a card in the box the router came in.

Open a command prompt
type
ipconfig
look for the entry “default gateway” it should be 192.XXX.XXX.XXX (X is a number)
That will be the ip address of your router, open your browser and type http://192.XXX.XXX.XXX form your default gateway settings and you should be good to go.
