Why is there a conflict between Yahoo email and Virgin Media Broadband?
Question by Ken M: Why is there a conflict between Yahoo email and Virgin Media Broadband?
I’ve heard there is a problem between Yahoo email and Virgin Media. My email at home is certainly having problems as I use both providers. Is the problem going to be resolved?

Virgin media were trying to take over from every-one they even tried it with sky.com,why do you need to use both providers why not just use yahoo,it is far the best in my opinion

Neither my wife nor I have been able to access Yahoo Mail for a week now. Virgin Media is our ISP. From what I see here, each is saying it’s the other’s problem. Maybe if enough people kick up a fuss here, someone will do something!
Not well up computer wise but I too have Virgin Media and my emails with Yahoo. It has been an absolute nightmare this week. I have been on to their Customer Service and they have replied but most of the technical details they request from me I haven’t a clue about. Also I see the email from them and it can take many attempts/hours to actually read it, then to email them back is another story, same thing again. This week at times I have also had Error Code 6 and Error Code 15 coming up. Presume you are having similar problems? I have contacted Technical Support at Virgin but they said was Yahoo I should be speaking to as what I was experiencing was nothing to do with them.
How many pies does Virgin want it’s fingers in?
Trains, Planes, Telecommunications, Broadband, Music, Media…
Think there should be a cap on what an enterprise can cover, else it becomes like a monopoly, it’s nothing but greed. Is Branson not yet rich enough?
Sorry I haven’t answered your question.
Your best bet is to contact Tech Support at Virgin Media
