Every time I get a phone call my Sky internet cuts out. The @ sign goes off and I cannot connect to the internet. I have broadband and this problem has only recently occurred.
I am with Sky TV and Sky Phone as well.

Make sure all your Phones have a Broadband Filter on

Have you added an extension, new phone or in anyway changed from the set-up that was working, including fitting new carpets or anything which may have disturbed any wiring?
The problem is usually lack of a filter or incorrect wiring.
Then again it is Sky! I hope you enjoy their absolutely hopeless help desk. Just start on the basis that it is your fault and you can save the call and the cost of if it straight away
