I switched to Talktalk 2 months ago from BT and since then whenever I use the internet after having been away for more than a few minutes I get a message on the web browser that says I have been unable to connect. I click refresh and then the page loads. It’s the same with every web browser and I am using a wired connection.
It’s like the connection is working but it just needs a little kick up the bum to get its act together?

your internet connection must time out quite often and thats why you have to refresh the page to re establish the connection.
Ring talk talk and get them to check your connection. describe your problem and say your connection keeps dropping and you have to refresh the page to gain a connection again.
