I am intrested in wireless broadband without 12 or 6 month contract (without any users limits I am not the citizen of Ireland)

probably vodafone, you can have a good package that includes your mobile phone as well. though it depends which part of irelannd youre in.

They all have 12 month contract. but BT is the cheapest at the moment.
