Does anyone know what type of TV is required to run Tiscali TV? Does it need to be Digital TV or not.Also do I need a minimum broadband speed for broadband tv?

no, any, and that means absolutely any TV with a scart in-put will run Tiscali TV. Tiscali should recomend a minimun line speed.
